Check In Time: After 3pm and before 9pm. Check Out: 10.30am. Prior arrangement can be made for changes to these times.

Payment Info
Once you have made a booking (below), an email will be sent to you with payment information (usually within 24 hours)..

Reservation cancellation
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. 
- The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. 
- No-show Policy: If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price. 

Twin Bed Arrangement
When booking The Oaks Suite (Only) and you request Twin/King Beds there will be a charge of $20.00 to split the beds. (only available when booking 2 nights)

Vehicle & Belongings
The Hosts accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any car, its contents, or any baggage or personal belongings.

Damage
The guest is legally responsible for all breakages and damage caused by the guest and any cost of repair or replacement is payable to the Hosts on demand.

Mulberry House and garden are Smoke-free.

We are not able to accommodate babies/children at Mulberry House.
Special dietary requirements must be made at time of booking or at least 5 days in advance of stay.
